This is 5hr first pollo tropical I've experienced so I cannot compare it to the other chains yet. However, my experience was great. Speed of service to taste of food was great. A nice and flavourful fast food location.
I ordered the steak Tropi chop with 1/2 yellow rice 1/2 lettuce with black beans corn , onions , tomatoes , with a side of the cilantro garlic sauce. Food was great the steak a little chewy but tender (not sure if that makes sense). I didn’t get my receipt to add the points to my app but it’s all good.
First off I come here all the time I’ve seen the difference in the whole atmosphere. The food is better and the crazy thing is no thing has changed over there except the new manager. She is always ready to jump into action. If I’m in the drive thru she says hi. Even if I eat in with my family she always ready to help out in any way. Even the baby loves her. I love the way she handles her team. And the overall morale seems to be better. lol I can tell. Thanks Carey for taking my order.
Amazing location, great service amd the manager in the red shirt is by far the best manger with caring for customers than I've ever experienced. Amazing.

We discovered Pollo Tropical last month on our trip to Miami. We returned last week and came here to have lunch again! If you want delicious food and reasonable prices, look no further! I wish we had Pollo Tropical in NYC!
